Lot, Dordogne & Corrèze

“Les Pieds dans l’Eau” is situated in the department Lot, in the valley of the Dordogne river, about 3 kilometers north of the town of Souillac. The region is also called “Quercy”, home of walnuts, duck thighbones and Cahors wines. The site of “Les Pieds dans l’Eau” can be considered as unique. “Le Blagour”, a small brook that springs on site, flows through the valley and as such supports a large variety of wildlife like deer, wild boar, badgers, birds of prey and even the Kingfisher

3 km from les pieds dans l’eau you find Souillac. This small town has nice restaurants, several supermarkets, a cinema, a waterpark and canoe facilities and a local market weekly. There is a lot to do. From water sports, rambling, cycle paths and an 18 hole golf course only 15 minutes from here. Rich with culture and history. Beautiful medieval places like Sarlat, Rocamadour, Domme, St. Cirq la Popie. Please do not forget antique fairs and food markets. For each and everyone there is something to do…
